Overall spotless property, it had nice food and location. We found air conditioning, an iron, coffee and tea making facilities in the standard queen room. The staff are friendly & made us feel welcome. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Amazing cuisine.

Favourable location with big rooms, accommodating staff and excellent food. For dinner, we went to Pizza Express, it was short walk from the venue.

really comfy bed. we enjoyed facilities and rooms, nothing bothered me. interesting base place for your holidays in newmarket. free wi fi worked well.

We liked kings newmarket so we would like to stay longer. Quite convenient close to a bus stop. A small kitchen available. Perfect for city trip.
